How much do your face painters charge per party?

Our face painters are hired on an hourly basis with minimum 1 hour booking per party. The average price for a face painter is 100 to 150 sgd per hour, with the final cost depending on the booking duration, the complexity of the designs requested, and the number of attendees. On the spot extensions are subject to face painter availability. Our weekend schedule tends to be very tight due to birthday parties so do consult us on the right duration to book if you are not sure.

Is your childrens face paint normal water colour?

We use only top quality professional face and body paints and cosmetic-grade glitters that are formulated for children. They are water-based makeup and can be easily washed off with warm water or baby wipes. We’ve sourced from around the world and invested in the best face and body paints that are
(1) non-toxic and FDA approved,
(2) highly pigmented so we can paint much faster without having to go over many times,
(3) dries fast and smudge-proof.

While the children’s face paint is formulated to be hypoallergenic, our children’s party face painter will also check the child’s skin condition before application. If your child has broken, irritated, sensitive or eczema-prone skin, we may gently suggest for your child to wait to get a face painting only after the skin recovers at the next party.

Our party face painter may apply cosmetic glitter over the face painting on the cheek but not near the eyes as a precaution if your child rubs it the wrong way.

What age can kids get face paint?

Our children’s face paints are FDA certified and hypoallergenic. We paint at least 50 kids every weekend from ages 2 and up. While none of the parents have reported any allergic reactions to date, if your child has existing wounds, rashes, sensitive or eczema-prone skin, our face painters will not be able to oblige a face painting. This protects your child and also the hygiene of other children getting a face painting.

What can I expect for face painting for kids under the age of 3?

At this age, fun to a toddler is made up of novel sensations, happy sounds and bright colours. This means playful children’s face painting designs will work best. They are quick to paint will ensure the experience is most enjoyable to him / her. It also helps for mums and dads to have their toddler sit in their laps if they are aged 2 and below. At this age, your child is usually smarter than you think. They can be really specific about what they want. We try to let our face paintings be driven by your child’s imagination. If he wants a Rainbow Spiderman, he gets a Rainbow Spiderman. If she wants something we’ve never heard before, just do a quick google on your smartphones and show it to us! We’ll try to paint anything! Just remember to cater more time so we can afford to entertain their special requests.

Do your face painters entertain adults too?

Oh yes! Our favourite kind of children are those young at heart! We would love to paint a butterfly for Granny if she’s sporting enough. Or an Olaf who dances when Dad wriggles his nose! The kids go crazy when the adults get painted too. Our experienced face painters are also highly sought after for adult party and private appointment face painting. Our artwork for adults and private appointments tend to extend slightly into makeup artistry due to the precision and technicalities involved. Private appointment designs can take up to 15 min to 1 hour per pax so they are not the typical designs we offer at birthday parties and kids events.

Can your face painters paint on the legs or thighs?

You’d be surprised that we’ve ever gotten such requests! When at birthday parties and kids events, our face painters only paint on faces, neck and arms for hygiene and sensitivity reasons.

Can your face painters dress up?

Our face painters will come in kids-friendly happy-looking clothes for standard bookings. We also have dedicated male and female artists who have both the personality and face painting skills to pull off a superhero, princess or mermaid party if you happen to be planning one.

What do I need to prepare for face painting?

Our face painter will meet you 5 to 10 mins earlier directly at the venue you’ve booked for your child’s birthday party. Please set aside 1 table and 2 chairs for your face painting booth. If you have a few more chairs to spare, you can even let 3 to 4 kids be seated around your face painter so that they can watch in comfort and enjoy the process!

How long in advance do we have to book your face painting?

Popular party face painters often have a pool of repeat customers to serve so it is always wise to give yourself AT LEAST 2 weeks especially if you are booking us for the first time. We confirm bookings on first come first serve basis upon full payment.

What if I have yet to finalise my party but I am really keen to book your face painter?
